  We are frequent customers to Laurito’s and have always had OK service. We tried to buy two 6 packs and asked for a pricing of a 12 pack ( since they were out of twelve packs )The customer service rep said he couldn’t ring it up in this way and wanted to charge us for 2 six packs instead. Even though it was clearly marked in the cooler aaa 12 pack, we were told it would not ring up properly on the computer and would need to be charged the 6 pack price. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. For two dollars they lost a loyal customer. Not impressed.
