  I received an order in purchased and it arrived broken. I was very upset. I contacted customer service immediately, then rudely said SEND PIC. I sent a picture and then was accused that no way was it sent broken :( I asked the girl to please not accuse me of lying. She said sent it back and I'll send you a new one. I certainly don't feel I should have to spend another 6 or 7 bucks to mail it back. I was completely dissapointeded and turned off with the entire purchase, customer service, way I was spoken to, and outcome. A replacement should have been sent to me with a return label. I will never order from a company again that clearly called me a liar. Why would I make it up and have pictures and delivery confirmation if it wasn't the truth. Poor customer service Megan!
